About

Threads of Counsel is a space woven from the values of equity, justice, and collective care.

I’m Liv Counsel, a network weaver and advocate committed to building a more connected and liberatory world.

Rooted in mutual aid and the vision of beloved community, my work centers on challenging the systems that shape our health, rights, and daily lives—especially for those who’ve been excluded and underestimated.

This platform emerges from the belief that every thread—whether a legal statute, a health policy, or a grassroots initiative—can be part of a more just and durable fabric. I focus on identifying gaps in access and care, and weaving in new forms of support, advocacy, and action that center disabled, rural, queer, and other historically marginalized communities.

Threads of Counsel is a living archive—a space for reflection, resource-sharing, and conversation about law, health, and systemic change. As I move through education and advocacy, this site will evolve too: shaped by learning, unlearning, and the work of gathering voices to imagine something stronger together.
